ircii: ircII is basically the original console Internet Relay Chat client for
ircii: Unix-like operating systems.  While its interface is text-based, rudi-
ircii: mentary X windowing capabilities are included.   There is an extensive
ircii: help facility  that's  useful  for learning  the commands,  as well as
ircii: scripting for advanced users.  Many more extensive IRC clients are now
ircii: available,  but for those who just want a basic console-based IRC chat
ircii: client, ircII is hard to beat.
