CLI-MSN: CLI-MSN 2.3

CLI-MSN: CLI-MSN is a UNIX Command Line implementation of the MSN Messenger
CLI-MSN: coded purely in C with the ability to work in almost any 
CLI-MSN: UNIX/Linux variation. The desire for the creation of CLI-MSN came 
CLI-MSN: when little or no command-line based messengers were found to be 
CLI-MSN: available that implemented MSN Messenger.
CLI-MSN: The client itself accepts commands based on that of an IRC
