live: LIVE is a set of C++ libraries for multimedia streaming, using open
live: standard protocols (RTP/RTCP, RTSP, SIP).  These libraries, which
live: can be compiled for Windows and Unix (and other POSIX-compliant
live: systems), can be used to build streaming applications.  The libraries
live: are already being used to implement applications such as liveCaster,
live: playRTPMPEG, and vobStreamer, and can also be used to stream, receive
live: and process MPEG, H.263+ or JPEG video, and several audio codecs.
