Welcome KLingvoOnline user.

New version of KLingvoOnline has a new feature that allows you not only to translate words, but also learn them using KWordQuiz. KWordQuiz is a powerful program to master new vocabularies. It is a part of KDE Edutainment project, and if you don't have it you can easily find it and install for you distribution. It is very easy to use program, and it comes with an extensive documentation.

With KWordQuiz you can build your own vocabulary, but it is a manual and cumbersome process, especially if you want to add just a single entry. With KLingvoOnline you can add new entries to your vocabulary right from the browser window with a couple of clicks.

All you have to do is to create one or several KWordQuiz files, that are going to be you vocabularies. Then you need to register your vocabulary files with KLingvoOnline. Click Configure KLingvoOnline.

Select KWordQuizFiles

Click add and select your vocabulary file. Note, that valid KWordQuiz file must have ".kvtml" extension. The title will be automatically named as the name of the vocabulary file, but you can always change it to whatever you like. You will use the title to refer to your vocabularies, so make it descriptive. Then just click OK/OK. You can always add, edit or remove your vocabularies later.

That is it. When you want to add a new entry to your vocabulary just simply select a translation of your choice, right click and add your selection to any of your vocabularies.
