Astro-Coord-Precession

A very simple, pure Perl module to precess equatorial coordinates from one epoch
to another, based on the algorithm P. Herget used in the Publications of the
Cincinnati Observatory.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

	perl Makefile.PL
	make
	make test
	make install

perldoc command.
